Registration to the 16th ACAPS international Conference 

Nantes, France, 26-28 November 2015

Registration Fees (in Euro) including 20% VAT for France.

Fees apply to payments received prior to the indicated deadlines.

The “Early” registration rate will be available up until 31 July 2015.

The ‘Late’ registration rate will be applied thereafter until 1^st October 2015.

The payments are to be made by 15 October 2015.

Registration will be accepted only upon receipt of full payment.

Note: In case of cancelation at any stage, we do not refund registration fees.

Junior (Students) : 150 euros

Senior : 320 euros

Accompanying person : 120 euros

Group « Lab » (+ 5 members) : 

- 5 to 9 pers. : 5% discount (junior : 142.5€ instead of 150€; senior 304€‚ instead of 320 €)
- 10 pers. or more : 10% discount (junior: 135€  instead of  150€; senior 288€ au lieu de 320€)

Special rates only available until 31 july 2015.

Ps : For "group lab option", you must register individually on this website. 

« Late » rate until 1st October 2015 :

Junior (Students) : 200 euros

Senior : 390 euros

Accompanying person : 170 euros
